Dean McLelland, CFA

Investment Director

Dean is a member of the Investor Communications team.

Prior to joining Antipodes in 2025, Dean spent 16 years at Platinum Asset Management in roles spanning investment analysis, client engagement and commercial leadership. Most recently he was Head of Investment Specialists (Retail) and Acting Head of Sales. Earlier in his tenure at Platinum, Dean was an Analyst in the Investment Team covering Japanese equities. He commenced his investment management career at Platinum as an Investor Services Officer and previously held human resources roles at ING Australia.

Dean holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources and Marketing) from the University of New South Wales.
