Ayesha is an ESG Analyst for the Global Value Equities and Australian Small Caps teams.

Prior to joining Antipodes in 2024, Ayesha was an ESG Analyst at Maple-Brown Abbott where she was responsible for conducting environmental, social and governance (ESG) stock research and analysis for Australian small cap companies as well as supporting broader research efforts. Before joining Maple-Brown Abbott, Ayesha worked as an assistant investment analyst in the global equities team at Pendal Group, covering the consumer staples and chemicals sectors across North America, Europe and Japan.

Ayesha holds a Bachelor of Economics (Economics and Finance) from the University of Sydney. Ayesha is conversant in Malayalam.
